Your existing solar stays exactly as it is. The battery stores what your panels make during the day, so you use your own power at night.

We check your switchboard, meter box and battery spot from photos, so there's no site visit. If everything is standard, we email your deposit invoice the next business day.
Stand back about 2 metres for every photo. We need to see the whole board and what's around it: walls, the floor or ground, nearby doors and taps.
Daylight is best. Open the meter box door if you can.
Photos sent
We'll review them and reply by the next business day. If your home is a standard install, we'll email a PDF invoice for your $519.80 deposit and book your install date.

Questions
Is $2,599 really the full price?
Yes, for a standard install: single-phase, battery within 2 m of the switchboard, connected to your existing solar. It includes GST and is after the federal Cheaper Home Batteries rebate, which you assign to us. If your home needs extra work, we quote it before you pay a deposit.
Why is it this cheap?
We've set aside 100 systems at this price and the federal battery rebate comes off the top. When the 100 are gone, or on 20 November, the offer closes and the price goes back to our standard $3,990.
Do I need solar already?
Yes. The federal rebate only applies to batteries installed with solar panels. If you don't have solar yet, call us and we'll quote both together.
What about Victoria's free midday power?
From 1 October 2026, Victoria's Midday Power Saver gives eligible households free grid power from 11am to 2pm. You need a smart meter and you opt in through your retailer, and a fair-use cap applies. If you're on it, the battery can store that free power for the evening too.
Will my current solar inverter be replaced?
No. Your existing inverter stays. The battery and its 6kW hybrid inverter connect alongside it (AC-coupled).
Does it keep the lights on in a blackout?
No. This offer is set up for bill savings: storing your daytime solar so you use it at night instead of buying from the grid.
How do the deposit and payment work?
Once we approve your photos, we email a PDF invoice for the 20% deposit ($519.80), paid by EFT. The balance is due on install day. You can call 1300 658 909 to confirm our bank details before you pay.
What if I change my mind?
Tell us in writing that you're cancelling. We'll refund your deposit within 7 days of acknowledging your cancellation.
When will it be installed?
We book your install date when your deposit is paid. All installs under this offer are scheduled before 31 December 2026.
Why do you need photos?
They let us confirm your home is a standard install without a site visit, which is part of how we keep the price down. Photos are only used to assess your installation.
